MySkyNanny was founded in the end of 2013 by Mario Knauth, when he realized that only in Germany and per year roughly 100.000 children traveling as “Unaccompanied Minor” basically alone. His mission was to establish a single-care service along the whole travel chain in order to give parents, disabled and elderly people an alternative to the standard-care services in the aviation industry.

Given the structure of airlines and airports they often have difficulties to go beyond their own environment in order to offer such kind of full-service. Besides very limited services the main problem of the industry are mistakes in the daily operation, which happen quite frequently. Children had been forgotten on the plane or could not reach a flight attendant, persons in wheelchairs often miss their connection flight because nobody is picking them up, just to name a few.

As a result, Mario put all his know-how in education, business and aviation together and created a totally new level of customer experience for care services, where safety and outstanding care are top priorities. Working professional, trustful, discreet and with strong partnerships are further key success factors for MySkyNanny.

MySkyNanny’s vision is to be the best single-care service provider for people who do not want to or cannot fly alone.
